Frontdesk / Reception Management Module
FrontDesk is the heart of every hotel’s operations, it acts as the center of operations where majority of the information passes through and processes are triggered. Jambo displays all the information in an easy GUI with organic process flow, making your front desk operations more streamlined and efficient.
The front desk module interconnects with the points of sale module, and bills posted to client rooms from the bar, restaurant or health club automatically add onto the clients’ accommodation invoice.
Housekeeping Management Module
This module is designed for housekeeping staff to improve their performance and communication. The housekeepers can change cleaning statuses of rooms, view the check-in room status, as well as block rooms that are out of order.
Housekeepers can also post guest laundry bills which automatically add up on the clients invoice at the reception.
This module also audits the reception by generating a report whenever a room is occupied but not registered by the receptionists.
Points Of Sale Module
Jambo’s POS module will easily let you manage multitude of food and beverage services at your hotel. The seamlessly integrated solution is easy to implement and manage and is suitable for Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Pizzerias, Cafe, or any other type of food and beverage service you offer at your hotel. It also manages health club services like sauna, gym, swimming and others.
By entering your menu recipe, Jambo’s recipe management feature tracks all your ingredients’ usage, eliminating wastages. It also automatically reduces the stock quantities whenever a sale is made.
Jambo automatically calculates food costs and profitability. To cultivate accountability, each user has a unique password with specific user permissions. This module also includes restaurant reservations, and health club membership management.
Automated Food Costing
By entering your food cost percentage, Jambo will automatically calculate the selling price for your menu items basing on the cost of your recipe ingredients. As the costs of the ingredients change, Jambo will also automatically change the item’s selling price so that you are always aware of the price to sell in order to maintain your desired profit margin.
Event Food Budgeting
Avoid wastages due to purchasing excess ingredients for events. With this feature, once you select a menu item and the number of guests expected, Jambo will automatically calculate the total ingredients, the ingredient quantities, the total cost of the ingredients needed for the event as well as the profit and profit margin.
Even as you negotiate the food price with your client, Jambo will instantly show if you are selling below or above the desired profit margin.
Tablet / iPad Ordering
Alongside the traditional POS touch screen terminals, waiters can also place orders using tablets, iPads or phones. This can boost your wait staff’s efficiency, improve interactions with your customers and better client service.
Better still, once the chef updates the sent order as ready for picking, the waiters are immediately notified on their respective ordering devices.
Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Jambo’s kitchen display system (KDS) displays incoming orders in restaurant kitchen. It streamlines kitchen communication, reduces human error, and monitors cook times for each dish. The chef can also view a dish’s ingredients at the touch of a button. Once the order is ready, the system notifies the waiters on their ordering devices.
Bakery Management Module

Jambo simplifies your bakery operations by tracking all ingredients requested by the production department from the main store. It accurately calculates the quantities of different final products that can be produced from the issued ingredients, streamlining the production process and reducing waste.
Whenever the finished products like bread are transferred to the selling outlet, the ingredients used to make the final products like cakes are removed from the production department. Jambo then monitors the quantities and sales of the finished products in the selling outlet.
Stores / Inventory Management Module
The stores and inventory module tracks inventory levels, usage and movement in all locations including the main store, points of sale, house keeping, maintenance and more.
With Jambo, you can track every item from the moment it comes into the hotel until it’s used or disposed off, eliminating losses, wastages and theft.
